Information blower protection suits
PM Chemical Grey Outside
The “PM Chemical Grey Outside” is a one-piece blower breathing suit.
The air supply is worn outside the suit. This option is required for rapid change (disaster response) of air sources, making it suitable for a variety of other air sources. The suit can be dressed and undressed easily & quickly. The system can be changed without removing the suit. The air source blower provides an adjustable fresh air flow of 160-200 liters per minute, the associated compressed air control valve provides a constant (adjustable) fresh air flow of 160-280 liters per minute, via the breathing air hose into the air duct of the integrated hood.
Exhaled air is exhausted from the suit via exhaust valves. The suit has integrated booties. The gloves can be connected liquid-tight by means of a glove adapter system or taped with chemical-resistant tape.
Approvals:
• EN 14605: Type 3B & 4B
• EN 13982: Type 5
• EN 12941: TH3
• EN 14594: 3B
• EN 1073-2: Protection against solid radioactive particles
• EN 14126: protection against infectious agents
• EN 1149-1 antistatic properties
Chemical Grey Inside
The “Chemical Grey Inside” is a one-piece blower respirator suit.
The respirator blower is worn inside the suit (only the filters are outside) to avoid blower contamination. The associated respirator blower delivers a constant (adjustable) fresh air flow of 160-200 liters per minute, via the breathing air hose into the air duct of the integrated hood. This reliably supplies the user with sufficient breathable air. The exhaled air is led out of the suit via four exhaust valves.
The suit has integrated booties. The gloves can be connected liquid-tight by means of an adapter or taped off with chemical-resistant tape.
Approvals:
• EN 14605: Type 3B & 4B
• EN 13982: Type 5
• EN 12941: TH3
• EN 14594: 3B
• EN 1073-2: Protection against solid radioactive particles
• EN 14126: protection against infectious agents
• EN 1149-1 antistatic properties
e-breathe Chemical White Outside
The air supply is worn outside the suit. This option is needed for quick change (disaster response) of air sources and is therefore suitable for a variety of other air sources. The suit can be dressed and undressed easily & quickly. The system can be changed without removing the suit. The air source blower provides an adjustable fresh air flow of 160-200 liters per minute. The associated compressed air control valve provides a constant (adjustable) fresh air flow of 160-280 liters per minute, via the breathing air hose into the air duct of the integrated hood.
The special flow stream guarantees a primary fresh air supply in the face area, while achieving a slight overpressure in the entire protective suit. This overpressure serves to prevent incoming contaminated air or particles. There is no increase in breathing resistance when the system is used, which is why a prior medical examination in accordance with G26 is generally not required. The “Emercency-Exit” allows an easy and fast exit in case of an EMERGENCY by tearing open the red flap, which is a predetermined breaking point. Complete protection of the employee and the respiratory protection system.
Approvals:
• EN 14605: Type 4B
• EN 13982: Type 5
• EN 13034 type 6
• EN 12941: TH3
• EN 14594: 3B
• EN 1073-2: Protection against solid radioactive particles
• EN 14126: protection against infectious agents
• EN 1149-1 antistatic properties
e-breathe Chemical White Inside
The respiratory protection blower is worn inside the suit (only the filters are outside) to avoid contamination of the blower. The associated respiratory protection blower provides a constant (adjustable) fresh air flow of 160-200 liters per minute, which is fed via the breathing air hose into the air duct of the integrated hood. This reliably supplies the user with sufficient breathing air. The exhaled air is led out of the suit via four exhaust valves.
The special flow routing ensures a primary fresh air supply in the face area, with a slight positive pressure being achieved throughout the suit. This positive pressure serves to prevent the ingress of contaminated air or particles. Breathing resistance does not increase when the system is used, so a prior medical examination in accordance with G26 is not usually required. In case of emergency, the “emergency exit” allows easy and quick exit by tearing open the red flap, which is a predetermined breaking point. Complete protection of the employee and the respiratory protection system.
Approvals:
• EN 14605: Type 4B
• EN 13982: Type 5
